How much do you charge for your photography services?
After you fill out the questionnaire in the 'CONTACT' section, this will let me know exactly what you're looking for and I will be able to provide you with a package that best reflects your needs and goals for your photo session.
 Additional services: makeup artist, hair stylist, wardrobe stylist, and/or studio location(hourly) will be added to the total cost of your package before booking
I ask that you do not fill out the questionnaire in the 'CONTACT' section until you are ready to book.

When should I book?
I recommend booking as early as possible so that we have time to properly plan and execute your photo session to your exact standards. Clients looking to book Monday-Thursday must book at least 2 weeks ahead of their desired shoot day. Clients looking to book Friday-Sunday must book at least 4-6 weeks ahead of their desired shoot day.  Your photo session is considered booked once your deposit is paid in full. If your deposit is not paid in full, someone else could book your day/time.

Can I choose which photos I want?
Absolutely! After your session, you will receive an online photo gallery where you will choose the images that you would like edited. And don't worry, you'll have plenty of images to choose from!

How long until I receive my photos?
Turnaround time for photos depends on the type of photo session and the package that you select. Your turnaround time will be disclosed once you select your package and it will be included in your contract. Turnaround time begins after you select the photos you want edited. Turnaround time may be extended if you decide that you want more edited images than what's included in your package.
If you need your images sooner than my standard delivery time, I offer rush delivery for an additional fee.

What if I unexpectedly need you to stay longer for an event?
Event sessions are priced by the amount of hours needed. Once we go over into the next unbooked hour, you will be charged for the entirety of that hour. For example, if you booked me for an event that goes from 12pm-4pm, after 4:01pm you will be charged for the next hour, 4pm-5pm. Any additional charges accrued  must be paid in full before your online gallery is released.

Can I get my deposit back if I need to cancel my photo session?
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least one (1) week before your photo session, you can reschedule your session without forfeiting your deposit. All cancellations made within six (6) days before your session will forfeit your original deposit and another deposit will be required to book a new session.

How do I make payment(s) or receive invoices?
All payments and invoices are processed via PayPal. All major credit/debit cards are accepted through PayPal.

Do you travel? 
Yes! Travel costs for in state sessions outside of the Atlanta metropolitan area will be charged the standard Georgia mileage rate ($.65/mile). Out-of-state travel costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Shoot me an email at info@kalexanderphoto.com for any additional travel inquires.
